I’m Emily, a passionate photographer with an eye for capturing life’s most beautiful moments. Whether it's a portrait session, a wedding, or the playful moments of a family shoot, I'm here to document it all in its most natural and genuine state.

My approach is all about authenticity—while I am happy to take the traditional posed photos, it is those candid and unplanned moments that become the most special. My goal is to take photographs that evoke emotion, display your personality, and take you right back to those memories when you look back at your photos years from now. I am here not just as your photographer but as your friend and biggest hype woman, with a continuous commitment to quality and attention to detail.

When I’m not behind the camera or at my editing desk, you’ll find me browsing Barnes & Noble for a new romance novel with a matcha latte in hand, taking a weekend trip up to Canada, or planning my next trip to Europe.

I have never done a professional shoot before. How does the process work?

Simply message me through my contact form to inquire about a service. From there, I will respond to you via email within 48 hours and we will discuss which package best fits your needs and reserve a date for your session! Then you will receive your invoice and contract and pay the deposit. Congrats! You're officially booked!

You will then receive a brief online questionnaire that allows me to get to know you a little prior to your shoot. Here, feel free to tell me about yourself and share any ideas or visions you have for your photos. Don't hesitate to schedule a consultation with me if you need assistance deciding on the best attire, location, and creative elements to incorporate into your session.

On the day of your shoot, please arrive a few minutes early ready to get started to maximize your allotted time. I will walk you through various poses and give you prompts to ensure that beautiful candids are captured as well. I will send you a few sneak peeks and then you will receive your entire edited gallery by the turnaround date stated in your contract.

How will I receive my photos?

You will be emailed a link to your personalized online digital gallery where you can view, share, and download your images all in one place. From your gallery, you are also able to purchase physical prints, albums, and frames to proudly display your photos.

What should I wear to my session?

To receive the best results, I highly recommend sticking to neutral colors and earthy tones that will blend in with your environment. Also, if you're doing a family or couples session, it is recommended to coordinate your outfits in some way, whether that be with the colors, clothing material, etc. If you would like some inspiration or feedback on your attire before your session, don't hesitate to reach out to me for a consultation!

Am I able to receive more photos than my package allows?

If you would like more photos than what your chosen package allows, additional edited images can be purchased for $5 per photo. You may also receive an additional 5 images completely free if you refer me to a family member or friend and they mention your name when booking with me.
